MATA INDONESIA, JAKARTA – Ajang penghargaan BET Awards 2021 resmi digelar pada Minggu, 27 Juni 2021 waktu Amerika Serikat. Acara bertabur bintang itu digelar di Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat.
Acara yang dipandu oleh Taraji P. Henson itu berhasil memberikan penghargaan kepada musisi dan aktor dunia yang berbakat lewat karya mereka. Dilansir Just Jared, Senin 28 Juni 2021, sebanyak 20 nominasi dikeluarkan mulai dari Album of The Year hingga Sportsman of The Year.
Nama-nama bintang dunia seperti Beyonce, The Weeknd, Cardi B, Bruno Mars dan Zendaya pun masuk dalam nominasi penghargaan tersebut.
