MATA INDOENSIA, LOS ANGELES – Pagelaran Piala Oscar 2022 rampung digelar, Senin 28 Maret 2022 WIB. Film ‘Dune’ meraih paling banyak penghargaan dengan enam piala.
Untuk kategori film terbaik jatuh pada ‘CODA’. Film ini juga memenangkan Troy Kotsur sebagai Aktor Pendukung Terbaik sekaligus aktor tuna rungu pertama memenangkan Oscar.
‘Dune’ meraih enam Piala Oscar 2022 masing-masing untuk kategori Best Sound, Best Original Score, Best Film Editing, Best Production Design, Best Cinematography dan Best Visual Effect.
Untuk kategori Best Actor dimenangkan Will Smith, sementara Best Actress dimenangkan Jessica Chastain.
